Support for URL When Defining TPF System in TK 4.6

I would like to request the ability to specify the URL instead of a hardcoded port number in the "New TPF System" dialog.
In Toolkit 4.6, current dialog for defining "New TPF System" requires:
- TPF System Name
- System IP Address
- Debugger port
- HTTP port

I would like to request support for https. The current form in toolkit is hardcoded to http.

We need to be able to enter something like https://aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:443 or http://aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:81
