ZFILE json display

As JSON config files are being added to the TPF system, it will be beneficial to have a "pretty json" display available for the TPF file system, where files are encoded in ascii.


For example - the configs for ZMATC are json and used to modify the ZMATC collection controls. There is no easy way to print this file data to the console in a readable format. This gets worse for larger files.
