Include CRL pem files as part of the ZPUBK REHASH process

Early in the design of our support of SSL, we decided to combine the CA certificates into one file and use the CAFILE config parameter. We went from 3 CA certificates to 22 CA certificates, also daily we create a new CA file that is combined with the updated CRL. I'm looking to simplify our process and thought CAPATH might be a better option. However, we have a security requirement to use a new CRL every day. We need to have the crl.pem file included in the REHASH process if we are to move forward to use CAPATH.

I have been giving this issue some thought lately and I would like to propose another solution that may be easier to implement. If you added a new parm, CRLFile, to the SSL configuration files, then it would let me remove the CRL from the combined CAINFO file and save me the headache of rebuilding the combined file every day with the updated CRL.
