Add REST Services for ZIMAG Display support to improve DEVOPS software load automation capabilities

The following IBM enhancements to the REST Services support would allow us to reduce complexity by conslidating both our ZOLDR and ZIMAG commands on REST Services from our DEVOPS implementation server to our z/VM Test z/TPF Systems and simplify by only using one interface for ZOLDR and ZIMAG commands rather than REST for ZOLDR and VMOPER for ZIMAG.

Enhancement requirements

New REST Services for ZIMAG DISP PROC and ZIMAG DISP ALL displays - during a z/TPF Operating system upgrade test cycle we need to load programs to z/TPF Loosely Coupled test systems running in co-existence mode where one LPAR is running on the new operating system version and the other LPARS are running on the existing operating system version. During this co-existence time period programs need to be loaded to both processors. In order to automate that process of DEVOPS tools uses ZIMAG DISP PROC and ZIMAG DISP ALL to determine which test systems are running in co-existence mode and which LPARS on running on which Image of the operating system.
