Make CP22 APAR PH44215 (new back chain validation) configurable by new CRUISE Table parameter.

CP22 APAR PH44215 included new back chain validation where the backward chain in the prime should now be the last in chain.   Full backward chain validation is also in play with PH44215.
We ran into some old/legacy databases that were created before that was mandated (backward chain in the prime is x'00000000').
With this APAR in play, we have lots and lots of old databases that have thousands of last in chain errors. I know we can set PRT- and LOG- to minimize the exposure, but I'm concerned in doing so, we might then miss some other errors that we wouldn't want to miss. With that in mind, I don't suppose there is any way CRUISE could be made configurable on a table by table basis to turn BCHVAL (or whatever you would want to call the parameter) ON/OFF? We could configure each CRUISE table that way to utilize the functionality. Default value to be OFF would probably be preferred.  I know we can run CRUISE PACKS to fix the scenario, too, but some of these structures are monsters. And I'd definitely prefer NOT to go down that path.
