Reduce Task private pool memory usage for passing large data through IPIC

TXSeries supports large data to be sent through Channels and containers from one region to another through IPIC. For passing large data through channels and containers, it is required to increase the size of TaskPrivatePool to 2 or 3 times container size . This poses limitation on the data passed in container through IPIC.

    This requirement is satisfied by TXSeries v8.2 which was announced 17th Feb 2015 with a planned general availability date of Mar 13th 2015. For more information see the IBM TXSeries for Multiplatforms V8.2 announcement letter
