Dynamic Workload Console (DWC) should use RACF EJBROLE to associated roles with a userid when the DWC running under z/OS (zliberty)

Currently DWC uses an internal DB2 database to associate roles with userids, and it allows RACF userids and passwords to be used at logon time but when assigning a role to the userid it depends on information in an internal database rather than getting this role information from RACF (EJBROLE). This makes it difficult if not impossible to associate the correct role with a given RACF user, as only the RACF default group (DFLTGRP) seems to be checked.

The implementation of the DWC roles has just the purpose of customizing what users can see depending on the role, it's not meant to provide security checks that should be implemented on the engine through the AUTHDEF parameters and RACF checks (mapping users between DWC and RACF through the USERMAP).
