Add Metrics and Statistics Generation for Enhanced watsonx Assistant for Z Platform Management

To support large-scale deployments of multi-agent systems, watsonx Assistant for Z needs built-in instrumentation for monitoring and reporting resource usage. Currently, there is no mechanism to capture detailed operational metrics from agents.
I propose adding capabilities to generate and expose metrics such as:

  • CPU and memory consumption per agent
  • Execution time and throughput
  • Cost-related metrics (e.g., resource utilization vs. business value)

These metrics should be accessible through dashboards and APIs to enable administrators and business stakeholders to make informed decisions about scaling, optimizing, and managing agent workloads.
