Implement Robust Versioning and Dependency Management for ADK Artifacts in watsonx Assistant for Z

Currently, ADK artifacts lack a comprehensive versioning mechanism, which creates challenges in managing dependencies across multiple agents. For example, the same tool may be required by different agents, but each agent might depend on a different version of that tool.
I propose introducing a versioning and dependency management system for ADK artifacts that includes:

  • Clear version identifiers for all artifacts.
  • Support for multiple versions of the same artifact to coexist.
  • Dependency resolution capabilities to ensure compatibility between agents and tools.
