WCA4Z On-Prem Database Documentation improvement

There have been a lot of customers wondering about the amount of research needed to be done in order to set up a WCA4Z environment using a On-Premise Database, which in many cases the documentation is not complete or clear. Setting a DB2 environment for transform capability is no longer necessary for newer versions of the product since CP4D version 5.3.1, but for clients using earlier versions of the product (for reasons which impede them from using newer ones) it is. This request is to be more clear about the steps on how to configure and the requirements to use a DB2 or any Database to use WCA4Z using On-Premises environments and to acknowledge the fact that some versions might need to set it up if it is not used in newer versions where there is no need for a Database.
