Include Backup for the RAGs as parte of OADP

Today's recommendation from IBM is to have the RAG copied by Opensearch. Opensearch  is considered as a service outside of WxAZ from the platform perspective. Hence it is not included in the oadp backup. We were told that in future customers could be using another tool for RAG instead of opensearch, hence the RAG specific tools like opensearch need to be handled separately. 

Having it copied by another product make the backup procedure not centralized and not easy to manager. So the idea would be to have RAG copies as part of the OADP process.
