MFA User Segment alerts

Hello IBM,

Our team thinks the addition of MFA segment related user alerts would benefit zSecure.

Currently there are no alerts for adding or deleting MFA Segments on the mainframe and we believe that the addition of this alert would be beneficial to mainframe support teams.

The alert should be issued if there are any alterations to user MFA segments.

    We agree that an alert if MFA is deactivated for a user is sufficient.

    Please advise if any further information is required from us to move forward with this idea.

    I agree that it is most informative to be alerted if MFA is deactivated. If you feel that an MFA activation alert is not useful, we are good with that.

    What specifically were you looking for in terms of Alerts? We discussed this and it seems like the only valuable alert would be if MFA was deactivated or removed form a user ID. Not sure what value there would be in alereting when a user is provisioned for MFA.
