As discussed, this is not an issue that can be resolved by Z Observability Connect.
The issue identified is related to the OpenTelemetry Java Agent being used with WAS and MQ. The data never reaches Z Observability Connect.
The recommended approach is to work with the WAS and MQ teams. If appropriate, they should raise an issue with the OpenTelemetry community to address the apparent regression
