Command driven reload of AGM components in zCEE

Most of the zAPM functions can be manipulated dynamically. We can AGMU STOP/START the CICS component, AGMQ TERM/INIT the MQ components & F container,AGMA IVP to trigger a comms attempt to the DG from container. There does not appear to be a way to stop/start/trigger a DG comms attempt for the APM interceptor in zCEE servers.

1)Please provide a way to stop/start the APM interceptor in a zCEE server. This would enable updates to the interceptor code without an outage to the server.

2) Please externalise the 'I've started', 'I've stopped, 'I've connected to Kafka', 'I cannot to connect to kafka', 'I've disconnected from kafka' messages from the interceptor via WTO to the syslog. This will enable better automation around zCEE<>DG connection issues.

3) Please provide a method to drive a connection attempt from the zCEE interceptor to the DG, much like we can do from the container with a AGMA IVP, and provide a WTO to to syslog to indicate success/failure. This would be useful following and downtime of the DG and give customers positive feedback that following a DG outage the interceptor is connected ok.
