CDP CPU usage by workstream

We currently run a single log forwarder and datastreamer on each LPAR. They gather various sysouts and operlog entries for multiple applications to a number of different Splunk and Elastik servers.
Require the ability to determine how much CPU each work load represents.
For example:
Log Forwarder - what is the CPU used by each datastream ?
Data Streamer - what is the CPU used by each subsciber ?

Realize could create multiple address spaces to break this work up by datastream and subscriber but this will be difficult to manage.

We are working to incorporate some data usage statistics in the solution and will investigate the ability to easily add CPU metrics to the reports.
