CDPz use fluentd, maximum packet size size, shorter wait to retry

1. Official support for Logstash and FluentD protocols

CDPz officially supports Logstash, inhouse GTI Databus officially supports FluentD

The connections seem to work, both support using JSON formatted data.

We can not depend on software with no official support.

We need 'official' support from both sides since the requirement is to handle Production data.

2. Maximum packet size.

CDPz has only one maximum size, 100MB. There is no option to reduce that size.

GTI Databus has a maximum packet size of 10MB.

When CDPz sends a packet exceeding 10MB, GTI Databus shuts the connection down, and manual restart is required.

We need both CDPz to support smaller capacity

off-platform servers, we need CDPz to support smaller maximum packet size, down to 10MB

3. Responding to dropped connections.

GTI Databus forces a short, temporary hard down of connection during configuration changes.

CDPz waits for 60 seconds to retry, and repeats if connection can not start.

From mainframe side, 60 seconds is long enough to have large volumes of data generated.

The volume has been demonstrated to fill CDPz cache and CDPz flushes the data.

We need CDPz to try re-connect within a few seconds.
