z/OS Connect JSON Parser needs to handle large numbers and not round numeric values

When processing a large number (One that is too large to be represented by a signed 64-bit binary value) the IBM JSON parser raises an error - because it regards the value as 'not numeric'. Also, if a number has decimal positions and has more than 16 digits in total it will not cause an error but will be rounded to 17 digits and returned in floating point format.

    This requirement has been raised again the openLiberty project as pull request 236:

    The proposed solution aims to align the IBM JSON parser to handle such long numerical values transparently.
