Allow data from header to be appended to a policy rule

At the moment, you can override some property fields in the service archive with data you specify in the header, or the value in the header with a hard-coded value that is set in the policy file.

There is no middle ground functionality to be able to take the value from the header and append it to the value set in the service archive.

IBM z/OS Connect EE is a continuous delivery offering, and aims to satisfy the needs of a rapidly evolving market segment. Product strategy evolves and requirements are continuously evaluated against that strategy. Following multiple discussions with the raiser of this RFE to understand the underlying use case, it been appraised against the wider product strategy and does not fall into IBMs delivery plans for the next 12 months. The main reason for this decision is that there are alternative patterns available to address the use case and as a result there is not a pervasive market need for the proposed enhancement (as indicated by the lack of votes from the community on this RFE)

Whilst this RFE might be valid and we might look to deliver longer term, this RFE is being rejected at this time.

We apologise for the length of time it took to get to this decision.
