Timestamp in STDERR dataset

It would be useful to have, even in the dataset pointed by the DDNAME STDERR, the indication of the timestamp of each single message, as already happens in the product logs.

    This requirement is addressed by z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition V3.0.34 / APAR PH25369:
    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6210130

    From z/OS Connect V3.0.0.34 the version of Liberty included is V20.0.0.6 which supports the environment variable WLP_LOGGING_CONSOLE_FORMAT=SIMPLE. When setting the WLP_LOGGING_CONSOLE_FORMAT to SIMPLE the messages that are written to STDOUT and STDERR are prefixed with a date and time stamp as well as the thread number and the originating Java class.

    We added these statements to our STDENV DD statement for our z/os connect address space and we now see date/time stamps in STDERR and STDOUT! :-)
    WLP_LOGGING_CONSOLE_LOGLEVEL=INFO
    WLP_LOGGING_CONSOLE_FORMAT=SIMPLE

    Did the WLP_LOGGING mentioned below provide the date/time on STDOUT and STDERR?

    Hello there, from z/OS Connect V3.0.0.34 the version of Liberty included is V20.0.0.6 which supports the environment variable WLP_LOGGING_CONSOLE_FORMAT=SIMPLE. When setting the WLP_LOGGING_CONSOLE_FORMAT to SIMPLE the messages that are written to STDOUT and STDERR are prefixed with a date and time stamp as well as the thread number and the originating Java class. Please can you try this new feature to see if it meets your requirement? Thank you.
