Produce message for C:D waiting excessive amont of time for dataset allocation request

All Connect:Direct copy step will fail when it is waiting for a dataset allocation request to complete. This mostly will happen if dataset is migrated or is resided on tape. Produce a message for a specific process/dataset if allocation request has not completed within defined timer. This will help to identify the causer quickly during trouble-shooting process.

    This RFE was resolved in April 2019 as per the previous comment. Unfortunately its status was not update to reflect that resolution.

    As such we are now closing this RFE since it appears to be a requirement for Connect:Direct for z/OS

    Thank you for raising this requirement.

    It seems like you are suggesting an enhancement for Connect:Direct for z/OS?

    Requirements for this product and other Watson Supply Chain products are handled in a different system:

    Unfortunately we are unable to directly transfer this RFE to that system so please could you re-raise your requirement at the link above to ensure it is not lost.

    We will close this RFE as "transferred to a different product" to indicate that z/OS Connect EE was not the intended target for this RFE.
