Enhance z/OS Connect Admin Services for CICS Service Provider

The z/OS Connect Admin services call for a CICS Service Provider only responds with the CICS Program name that was defined in the Service.

I would like the CICS Tran id and Connection Reference that were specified when the Service was created to also be listed in the response:

    The RESTful service administration interface is updated to version 1.2.0 and adds version information to services for all service providers.
