Enable RACF Keyring changes to take affect without bouncing zOS Connect

If we add a certificate to RACF keyring that serves as the zCEE Truststore to enable TLS handshake with an endpoint, we have to bounce the server for it to be recognized.
Truststores should be capable of dynamic refresh or dynamically reload via a command.

This requirement is addressed by z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition V3.0.43 / APAR PH34379:
    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/PH34379

The "F servername,REFRESH,KEYSTORE,ID=defaultKeyStore" Modify command can now be used to refresh the keystone without restarting the server.

For further details about Modify Commands on z/OS, refer to the “Modify commands on z/OS” topic in the Liberty for z/OS Documentation:

    Hi,

Has the "F servername,REFRESH,KEYSTORE" MVS operator command been tried in order to dynamically refresh the keyStore elements ?
    cf. https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAW57_liberty/com.ibm.websphere.wlp.nd.multiplatform.doc/ae/rwlp_admin_modifydump_zos.html
This function has been included in Liberty 19.0.0.5, and may work since z/OS Connect EE v3.0.23.
