[z/OS Explorer][IBM z/OS Connect EE API toolkit]API Definition ? optionality of request field.

z/OS Explorer tool doesn't allow to specify the optionality of a field in API request body.  If it is doable, can zCEE server validate the request and response field base on the optionality flag, and return an error if a mandatory field is missing either in request of response ?

Suggestion
In API definition, allow us to specify which API request field is mandatory.

    Thank you for this RFE.

Specifying the optionality of fields is a strategic requirement that is part of our long term roadmap to allow z/OS Connect EE to support any API document/schema design choices.

Delivering this requirement will need some careful design consideration and may take some time to deliver. We are currently seeking participation in our design program to help us develop our designs. If you are interested in joining us on this journey to shape the delivery of capability, please sign up to the Z Client Feedback program via the link below, indicating your interest in z/OS Connect EE:
    https://www-01.ibm.com/marketing/iwm/iwmdocs/web/cc/earlyprograms/zcustomer.shtml

Note: This RFE contains two distinct requirements:
    1) Specify optionality of fields
    2) Validation of the the presence of mandatory fields
We will treat the focus of this RFE as 1), as per the title. If you have specific requirements for 2), or other request validation use cases, please raise an additional RFE so they can be assessed separately.
