Flexibility in CICS api/service response structure Merged

As we're moving to CICS (from IMS)as the preferred environment for our API modernisation we are in need of being able to provide the same apis. As of now the CICS apis/services have sadly constraints in the response structure that we can not work around.
There is a mandatory structure in the response that involves:
[serviceName]OperationResponse and also another mandatory level( that can atleast be renamed)

We would need full flexibility in the mapping of the response from service to api of course in order to design apis that are delightful and also can provide compatibility with zCEE apis running on IMS.

    Attachment (Description): the difference in api response that we do not have the ability to get rid of.
