Please make the extensions directory location configurable, and remove the version number from the path.

Picture a single LPAR with 3 zCEE environments: Dev, Quality, and Cert. We can isolate the product executable/runtime files for each environment based on ZCONHOME in STC proc. This means each environment is potentially running different levels of zCEE maintenance. However, they all point to the same common extensions directory on an LPAR. If the property files in the extensions directory change with maintenance, it can potentially cause a problem to other environments that are not on same level of maintenance.

We also do not normally propagate version number in directory names or file names outside of our SMPE environment.
