Support External Security Manager Calls in place of Group Checking Merged

Enhance the z/OS Connect Configuration to Support External Security Manager Calls in place of Group Checking.

This could be provided via a new parameter to instead check a RACF class such as EJBROLE as already done for the "safRoleMapper" statement.

Hard-Coded Group names are evident in, but not limited to, the following documented at https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS4SVW_2.0.0/com.ibm.zosconnect.doc/reference/config_elements.html:

- adminGroup
- invokeGroup
- operationsGroup
- readerGroup
