Add more options to Attribute characterWhiteSpace

Currently, the build toolkit properties file attribute characterWhiteSpace=COLLAPSE removes all leading, trailing, and embedded white space from type string fields. Furthermore, the same option replaces with single space characters all tabs, new lines, and consecutive spaces.
All those actions are done together and it's not possible to set an option to perform only part of those actions (i.e. remove trailing white spaces only, maintaining tabs and new lines).
We need more options of characterWhiteSpace attribute or more new attributes to perform single edit actions over the strings.

    We also have a use case for removing leading/trailing white space, but preserving embedded spaces in the middle of the value
