generic BAQCSTUB in SBAQLIB to merge SBAQLIB and SBAQLIB1

Please merge SBAQLIB and SBAQLIB1 into a single dataset or use distinct program names across the two datasets.

Using unique program names when unique functionality is required allows customers to use LinkList to pull the version of zOS Connect intended by the system programmers maintaining zCEE without others having to know which version or needing to coordinate DSN changes.

    This requirement has been evaluated.
    Unfortunately it is not possible to merge the SBAQLIB and SBAQLIB1 data sets nor use distinct program (API) names. This is for two reasons. The first is that the BAQCSTUB API is exposed through the use of ALIASES to ensure a common API requester programming experience regardless of which environment the calling application is running in. The second is due to the way the BAQWEBT and BAQCICS load modules are SMP/E packaged and managed.

    This requirement will not be implemented in future zOS Connect releases, so correspondingly this requirement is being rejected.
