Add support for usage of data area for arrays in the request of API Clients using top down approach with z/OS Connect open api 3

When generating data structures for an API requester based on an OpenAPI file that includes an array in the request parameters, Gradle generates a data structure using a data area. However this is not supported right now since the host api verb BAQPUTN is not supported. Instead, like noted on the documentation page Writing an application that calls the Host API - IBM Documentation, you need to ensure this is generated in-line by using the inlineMaxOccursLimit option and setting this to a number less then the maxItems in the open api specification file.

It would be great that variable sized arrays are also supported in the request of client applications and that, similar to getting elements from a data area using the BAQGETN host API verb, it's possible to use BAQPUTN to put elements in the data area.
