STDERR DD doesn't have timestamps

As you can see error messages in STDERR DD don't have date and time. This is not good. It would be very useful to have them.

    This requirement is already addressed as OpenLiberty offers the ability to configure log and trace to show timestamps. For further details, refer to the “TBASIC” topic in the documentation: https://openliberty.io/docs/latest/log-trace-configuration.html. As such this IDEA is being closed as “Functionality already exists”. If you have any further requirements in addition to the capability that exists today, we would welcome another IDEA.
