Allow JSON passthrough for API Requester calls from z/OS Connect3.

It would be nice if it was possible to enable JSON passthrough in z/OS Connect3 instead of the interface being the generated request and response cobol copies that the gradle plugin creates.

Then we could have the real API request and API response JSON in our application level logs. In addition it would give us the option to implement application level JSON parsing..
