provide a function in api mapping to do codepage convert for specific fields.
this function may require a way to stop the default codepage convert in zcee which is from utf8 to ebcdic. So user can only do codepage convert for specific fields.

    This requirement has been addressed by a continuous delivery vehicles:
    - z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition V3.0.2 (APARs PI85054 and PI87854)
    - z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition API Editor V3.0.2, available as part of z/OS Explorer Aqua 3.1:

    When customizing service interfaces in the z/OS Connect EE API Toolkit, you can now use the Code page conversion option in the Edit Field dialog to indicate whether data of the "CHAR" type should be converted between UTF-8 and the host code page (such as IBM-1140) for the request and response interfaces.
