Add detailed information for MVS_DASDTAPE IZPCA table

I would like to collaborate with you on a request to incorporate VTOC details into the MVS_DASDTAPE IZPCA table.

The team is currently working on initiatives to add detailed TAPE and DASD VTOC information into our observability platform). The MVS_DASDTAPE IZPCA table could provide this information, but there is a significant issue with how the data is displayed: DCOLLECT reports detailed information for each dataset, whereas the IZPCA table summarizes the information at the project level using the lookup table for High-Level Qualifier (HLQ) and Secondary Level Qualifier (SLQ). Consequently, we are unable to perform key activities such as block size optimization and generating lists of datasets for each category (e.g., lastref, overallocate) from the standard IZPCA tables.

Attached to this request  you may see what is being used as a homegrown table.
