New fields on IZPCA tbls

Customer, AMEX (American Express) is in an urgent need that the following new fields on SMF DB2 fields, be added on IZDS/IZPCA DB2 tables:

RDS_SORT |QXSTSRT |Number of times RDS Sort was performed
RDS_SORTL |QXSTSRTL |Number of times RDS Sort used the IBM
RDS_SORTL |QXSTSRTL |Integrated Accelerator for Z Sort
ZAI_STBLZD_PREPARE|QXSTMLFD |The number of times when a PREPARE
ZAI_STBLZD_PREPARE|QXSTMLFD |request was satisfied because db2zai
ZAI_STBLZD_PREPARE|QXSTMLFD |stabilized the statement.

Please note, this is *not* an enhancement!!
Those fields already exists on SMF records, and it is a responsibility of the Lab to add, as soon as possible these fields on the IZPCA DB2 tables.
