Please remove the &PREFIX from every SQL CREATE VIEW statement in SDRLDEFS

I am creating this RFE again, it is a duplicate of the TDSz RFE titled "Use SHEMAs in TDSz SDRLDEFS members" from 2018.

Our corporate naming standards do not allow for creating the DRL or DRLSYS secondary auth IDs. All the views in IZPCA are created with a &PREFIX. specified on the view name. This means all the views are owned by an ID that does not exist. Only the DB2 and security administrators are allowed to have system level access control, and our team have no way to perform a grant on these objects. Requesting grants every time a view is dropped and recreated is also time consuming.

It is also deemed a security risk to create objects that are owned by a user that does not exist.

Please remove the &PREFIX. from all object names and instead use a SET SCHEMA=&PREFIX. statement to allow all users the flexibility to determine different object ownership if necessary. If they want to set their SQLID to DRL, and create the objects, they will be owned by DRL. If they want to use a different ID that meets corporate naming-standards, they could do that instead. Currently this flexibility does not exist the way the SDRLDEFS members are coded.
