Create a solution on IZPCA to support multiple customers with the same MVS_SYSTEM_ID

This idea will be a great improvement in the architecture of IZPCA to be able the new scenario of zCloud. Kyndryl is supporting customer in zCloud and the IZPCA must be installed to support all these customers in a shared DB in zCloud. To support this scenario currently, Kyndryl has customized ALL tables adding a new column PARTID as a key to correlate a customer with the MVS_SYSTEM_ID of this customer. With this solution it is possible collect the same MVS_SYSTEM_ID for more the one Customer. The effort to do maintenance in this architecture is totally bad. You can suggest having the solution with 1 DB for each customer, but we will have 100 customers, then this will be also insane to upgrade 100 DBs when we have a PTF.

    To the contrary, this additional input-handling / identification support will need to be "in addition to" existing MVS_SYSTEM_ID (and as well various "subsystem" identifiers) -- as much for IzPCA CHECKPOINT / duplicate input-data handling, as much as reports/charts/queries.

    The idea is then, to create a new DB architecture in order to have PARTID as the key of ALL tables on IZPCA, instead of MVS_SYSTEM_ID or IMS_ID.
