Add the LSPR workload type to the CP CEC Usage Analysis report - Report number CPCPU01

Currently in the CP CEC Usage Analysis report - Report number CPCPU01 we notice that the CEC MIPS rating changes/fluctuates e.g. 3931-710 has 18788 MIPS according to the IBM LSPR table. However during certain intervals, we notice the MIPS drop to 16995. Having the LSPR workload type e.g. LOW, AVG, HIGH may assist customers in understanding why the MIPS values change. This is only for the processor type CP.
