enhance discovery using taddm z/os dla

the zd&t tools should provide generalized capability to move/copy any subsystem from z/os to zd&t. This would be much easier if it used taddm z/os dla to do the discovery. In this way cics, ims, mq, broker etc etc could all be candidates for being moved. It should provide the capability to move ssn, procs, vsam and non vsam files (with rename capabilities) . It should move the subsystems to sms or non sms systems. zd&t should provide limited use of the IBM db2 cloning tool because db2 is too hard to do otherwise.

    IBM has evaluated the request and has determined that it can not be implemented at this time, however your request does align with our current multi-year strategy. This request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline. The request submitter will automatically be notified by email when the request qualifies for reconsideration and resubmission. In addition, we are working at incorporating this idea into Wazi Analyze.

Your request is currently in line with our product strategy, but may not be delivered within the release currently under development.
