Reduce devices mandated in SS0

The physical airgap GDPS LCP solution with Test Copy Manager in an MGM 4-Site environment requires defining devices RS2, RS4, RS5, and RS6 to the LCP/Test Copy Manager K-SYS. This is not practical for large environments due to the device limit in a Subchannel Set. Alternate subchannel sets can be leveraged with RS4 defined in SS0, RS5 in SS1 and RS6 in SS2, however, when a region switch occurs, and the source for RS5 becomes RS2, an IOGEN needs to be activated to replace the RS4 devices to maintain the SS0, SS1, SS2 pairing or a special IODF configuration used with channel manipulation performed.

After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming release because it won?t be pursued within our planning cycle.

I believe that this might be addressed by RFE# 138150 Remove the requirement for a FICON connection to production disk for Testcpy manager, since that RFE requests removal of the requirement for FICON connectivity to RS2 and RS4 (logical "D" copy, depending on region) which would accomplish the goal of this RFE
