Extend "Check Topology script" to verify that a Region Swap would succeed if executed

Almost an extension of the Check Topology script, but goes further by validating that everything is available, remote lpars, Standard action settings that would be used, replication links, etc. We had a failed production region swap test (first try after GDPS implementation), due to source/target lpar names setup incorrectly. What we would like to see is a simulated Region swap script that checks for the required resources at both the source, and target region locations, and produce a report. In our case, we have a number of LPAR slots left from old standards that are machine specific (ex - LPAR1), while all of our new LPAR slots created for GDPS has LPAR slot = SYSID. we inadvertently had SYSID filled in for the LPAR slot on these old defintions, and that failed the region swap because the lpar didnt physically exist as coded in the policy.

After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming release because it won?t be pursued within our planning cycle. Pls look at the exception checker as a circumvention.

Not a terrible idea, but very low priority. Sensible housekeeping might help just as much :)
