Increase the granularity of the SAF role-based rules for modification of the LCP Management profile

Current SAF role-based rules allow the locking down of the management profile options.  We would like to entirely lock down the ability to change the retention period of a management profile once it's been created.  Currently we can't do that without also locking down all the other options on the panel.  If the granularity of the rules for the modify panel could be increased to include specific options, it would improve our management of the captures, and satisfy audit requirements for immutability.

    This requirement is satisfied by GDPS 4.6 APAR PH53681 which closed on Aril 14, 2023.

    We get the idea, but when you do need to change the retention period, you would have to apply the saf permits again (temporarily). How/who will guard those actions. Racf administrators do not (always) have the technical insight of what a profile protects in detail. Perhaps more viable would be some kind of approval (1 (technical) person initiates changes, an other person(s) approves to actually get it changed)
