GDPS Reconfiguration Wizard : introduce ability to pause and restart the initial Global Copy

When using the proposed GDPS Reconfiguration Wizard to migrate to a new DS8000, once the new device is defined and we enter the "New DSS Configuration & Mirroring" process, a Global Copy is initiated between the current production box and the new one. This runs in the background until it is in-synch and converts itself to a Metro Mirror, and the next stage in the process is initiated.

In configurations where inter-site SAN bandwidth may be constrained, or where working practices mandate, the extra copying of data to new hardware may have to be done outside of the main online day - and we may want the option to quickly pause or stop the copies if performance problems are reported.

Therefore I am requesting that a 'pause' and 'resume' function be added to the Wizard to allow us to control exactly when when the Global Copy runs.
