zVM shutdown via GDPS with Immediate option

Thru GDPS, zVM Lpars can be shutdown but the default is "signal shutdown all within ".

xdr.stopvmguests: rc of 'signal shutdown all within z'= 0


During a planned region switch, we bring down all applications and leave the proxies and then shutdown the zVM Lpars via GDPS. Because of "within x" args passed in shutdown command, there is a delay in zVM shutdown and this is adding unnecessary wait time to perform the region switch. Instead, if there is an option provided to do Immediate, in cases like these, it will be very helpful and we can shutdown zVM quicker and helps in faster processing.
