Update GEO2942W to include specific reasons for no captures being released, making it easier to distinguish between different scenarios.

When there are no eligible captures available for release, GDPS issues an informational message:

**GEO2942W ZERO SAFEGUARD CAPTURES WERE RELEASED IN MANAGEMENT PROFILE S1PLEX (AS1KR)**

However, there can be different reasons for this, as highlighted by further messages:

**GEO2941I ZERO EXPIRED SAFEGUARD CAPTURES WERE FOUND IN MANAGEMENT PROFILE D1PLEX (AD1KR)**  
**GEO2946I SAFEGUARD CAPTURE 67E97892 IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RELEASE. REASON: IN USE BY LCP RECOVER OR RESTORE (AS1KR)**

**GEO2942W** should be updated to include the reason why no captures were released. This would make it easier to distinguish between the two very different reasons.

    All the messages GEO2942W GEO2941 GEO2946I are already presented both in Netlog and SDF Trace Entries, so the information about the reason why no captures were released is already provided, what would be the advantage/scope to group the reason in the single message GEO2942W?
