Even with professionnal services, GSM need a lot of pre-requisite before starting.
As it is also strongly linked with SA/Netview, our migration should be a one shoot activation.
So we would like to have a script that will check if all pre-requisite are ready, like RACF right, BCPii permissions, and all the stuff related to GSM.
