Suppress GEO252E HMC Monitoring Errors During Planned HMC/SE Maintenance

During planned maintenance on the HMC or SE, GDPS HMC monitoring detects temporary unavailability or degraded status and issues the following message:
 

GEO252E HMC monitoring: <plex> <HMC> STATUS - ERROR

Although this condition is expected during maintenance activities, the message is raised as an error, generating unnecessary alerts and operational noise.

Requested Enhancement:
Introduce a mechanism within GDPS to automatically suppress GEO252E messages when planned maintenance is detected on the HMC or SE.
