Request to include in the GDPS monitoring functions to verify the QHA for duplicated PATH-GROUP-IDs.

The Itau bank faced a situation related to the information showed by the command "DS QD,<dev>,QHA,1". They needed to init disk volumes, but few of them failed informing that were PATH-GROUP-IDs online, the interesting thing when they checked the vary offline command it worked successfully and there is no lpar outside the sysplex accessing those dasd units.
We checked the output from the command "DS QD,<dev>,QHA,1" and found duplicated PATH-GROUP-IDs for the same z14 machine, it means for the same lpar there were 2 PATH-GROUP-IDs, one online and another one offline. It was the reason why the init failed.
To solve this situation, the IBM DASD hardware team needed to run a procedure called dummy replace for the host adapter that had the duplicated information.
Through this RFE, the Itau support is requesting a new enhancement for the GDPS team to check this kind o situation and send a warning message to the Netlog and in case of recurrence it will be possible to monitor this new message and alert the Operation and Support teams.
GDPS has a panel that uses the QHA and the current version installed here is the 3.14.
Example of "DS QD,976C,QHA,1" output with duplicated entries:

After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming release because it won't be pursued within our planning cycle.
