GDPS/GM to provide a function to revert/commit specific volumes

GDPS/GM does not provide any function to revert/commit specific volumes in the remote site. Reverting/committing specific volumes is the best option to get out from a GM session that went into a FATAL state, especially if the FATAL state is due to a problem when the FC at the remote site is attempted and failed.

    This request will not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with our multi-year strategy. IBM is soliciting RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
