This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

What kind of switch are you referring to (e.g., workload, controller, etc.)? Pls provide a step by step procedure on what CCB envisions doing the whatever switch type and why they want this.
It's a site switch which means multiple workloads switch here.
CCB plans to utilize the force site switch procedure based on GDPS/CA script.
SWITCH WORKLOAD=ALL SITE=PLEXNP1 FORCE
As we pointed out, the primary goal of CCB A-A is to provide the best RTO & RPO during disaster recovery scenario, by leveraging our GDPS/CA Active/Standby architecture. CCB also puts Go-Home procedure at lower priority, and only in planned manner.
CCB will define two controllers as the GDPS/CA IG manual requires. But they will only keep a primary controller running in target site, but the other controller will be up on-demand.
GDPS/CA architect told us we need to open a RFE for this official support.
Thanks!
