New CFRECOVER script command at CF level

Our company has external and internal CFs in both MM Sites. During maintenance activities sometime there is a need to empty one of the CFs and populate to the other CFs based on the PREFLIST.
In GDPS there is a script command that allows to empty all the CF of one Site rebuilding the STRs in the CFs of the other Site, that is SYSPLEX CFRECOVER SITEx (where x is the target Site for the rebuild).
It would be helpful to have a similar command at CF instead of Site level, something like SYSPLEX CFDRAIN CFname. This command should drain one single CF, check if the CF is empty and Deactivate the CF in the same step. So we can minimize Handling Failures during such maintenance activities.
This new function should be available for Script and Panel Activities (Standard Actions).

After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming release because it won?t be pursued within our planning cycle.
